Whatever your motivation, age, gender or profession, if you are going for fitness or to pick up some life skills of self-defense, Fitness Martial is for you. Our approach to developing fitness is through two types of boxing styles,
Mixed Boxing and Kick Boxing. Mixed Boxing involves 70% of fists and upper body training with 30% of kicks and lower body training. Kick Boxing involves 70% kicks and lower body training with 30% of fists and upper body training.
Punching or kicking is one of the effective methods to burn your calories and also helps in relieving stress. Other benefits include muscle conditioning, stamina building, developing your reflexes, improving your mind-body co-ordinations and flexibility. Be it Mixed Boxing or Kick Boxing, we make it fun and yet realistic and effective for both developing your fitness and self-confidence with effective street self-defense skills.
Cardio Mixed Boxing
- for both men and women, restricted to pad contact. This cardio workout involves both fists and upper body training with some kickboxing stuff.
Executives Mixed Boxing
- for both men and women, self-defense, pad contact and semi-contact sparring. Suitable for those working professionals who want to keep fit through various conditioning and workouts.
Kiddo Kick Boxing
- 6 to 11 years old, restricted to pad contact. Let your kids expound their energy in this fun and yet challenging kick boxing class. Also suitable for kids who are more on the heavy side to lose weight and gain self-esteem through learning self-defense skills.
Junior Mixed Boxing
- 12 to 16 years old, pad contact and semi-contact sparring. In this age group, usually reflexes and co-ordination are developing well and thus we introduce more fists' techniques and upper body training and development.
Ladies Personal Protection
- women self-defense for various situations. Ladies, the best way to protect yourself is to avoid situations where you may be vulnereable. But there are times in certain circumstances, you are expose to such vulnereabilities without much of your own control. This course teaches you logical and sensible way to protect yourself in various situations in a safe environment.
